Setup Vmware Workstation 2.8 on Linux CentOS 6.0 i686 release

[root@moon ~]# uname -a
Linux zeus 2.6.32-71.29.1.el6.i686 #1 SMP Mon Jun 27 18:07:00 BST 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux


[root@moon ~]#yum install  -y gcc-c++ kernel-headers kernel-devel

You have to get the installation file of VMware Workstation, create a folder and copy the installation file.

[root@moon ~]# mkdir /VMware-Workstation
[root@moon ~]# cd /VMware-Workstation

To install you must be logged in as root and a gnome-session.
More sh run the installation file, just follow the instructions of the installer.

[root@moon ~]# sh ./VMware-Workstation-Full-8.0.2-591240.i386.bundle
